Low carb, low calorie
Before you choose
Nutrition, ingredients and allergens are on every product page.
How do I compare the nutrition numbers?
Every product card shows calories, net carbs and protein for one serving. Serving sizes are not the same across items, so compare one serving with one serving, not one package with one package. Net carbs are total carbohydrate minus fiber, sugar alcohols and allulose. The figures shown on each card above come from the product label. Calories and protein matter most when you eat smaller meals, including when you are eating on a GLP-1.
How should I store it?
All ThinSlim Foods bread loaves, whole bagels and pizza crusts in sealed packages need no fridge or freezer before opening; follow their printed dates. Other bakery items may differ. Desserts keep a few days in the refrigerator, or longer in the freezer. Pasta and snack items are shelf stable. Check the package directions for each item.
How do I pick between flavors?
There is no single best flavor. If an item is new to you, start with the flavor closest to what you already eat, then branch out once you know how it toasts, bakes or cooks.
What does lab tested nutrition mean?
The calories, net carbs, protein and other figures on a ThinSlim Foods or Impastable label were measured by an independent lab, not calculated from a database.
