Pretty darn good. I have to cook them about 15 minutes to make them soft enough for me but I so love being able to have a noodle once in a while. Flavor is very neutral and a good base for any kind of sauce. This bag makes four decent (realistic!) servings. Worth a try. I'm going to reorder now!
