I was super surprised as I have generally not liked the low carb baked products I've tried. I ate this plain with butter (reminded me of italian restaurants giving that italian bread with butter with the meals), I ate it toasted with butter (though it didn't get a nice color) it WAS toasted & tasted great! I made a grilled cheese (although the cheese kinda melted into the bread) there was still enough gooiness inside to make me happy, though I am glad I used 2 pieces of cheese. I've also made an egg, bacon & cheese sandwich. This bread is great! I will be a return customer. Oh keeps well in the fridge. I've had the loaf almost 2 weeks now & just ate last 2 pieces & it was still good.
