This review is on the Thin Slim Zero Net Carb Plain bagels. They arrived fresh on 9/29/2021. As per other reviewers I promptly opened the bags, cut the bagels in half and froze them to preserve freshness. I took 1 bagel and put it in the toaster (my toaster has a bagel setting) so I used that. The bagel turned out crisp, and I was able to spread cream cheese on it like I would any other bagel. The texture was good. The only "complaint" I have if you could call it that is that the bagel has no taste at all. There is texture due to the toasting and you taste whatever you spread on top and that is pretty much it. That is the only reason I gave this 4 out of 5 stars and not a 5 star rating. For someone watching carbs, this will be an ideal substitute. As for size, someone said they were more like "mini" bagels. Actually, mini bagels are much smaller than these, but these aren't the HUGE bagels like you would find at Einsteins Bagels, Bagel Bakery or Panera Bread. They are decent sized and would compliment a breakfast or make a decent breakfast sandwich with egg whites, turkey bacon or a Morningstar breakfast sausage patty.
