The blueberry muffins are delicious. They exceeded my expectations. The flavor, and texture are perfect. I can't believe I'm eating a low calorie, low carb muffin.

These are really good. The flavor is spot on. Texture was good too, dense without being dry. The top of the muffin had a crisp top that made a enjoyable contrast.
