Keto Ginger & Rhubarb Creamsicles

These frozen treats are flavored with ginger and rhubarb. The fat content is considered to be very high at about sixty percent. There is also a good deal of sugar in the form of glycerin within the ginger syrup. Place it in a saucepan and simmer. Let it cool down and clot until it presents a smooth texture. Put the mixture into popsicle shaped containers with wooden sticks to be used as handles. Put it in the freezer for up to six months.
