Kosher:Kosher Dairy. Although our muffins, squares, and brownies are OU Kosher certified. The cookies have not yet been. They are produced in the same facility using the same ingredients.
Storage: Refrigerate 1-2 weeks, freeze 6 months.
Nutritional Lab Testing: Only the dough of the cookie has been lab tested. The nutritional profile provided is for the dough only because the glaze is entirely fiber which is calorie free.
