Each exercise is done for 40 seconds, as many times as people can, with a 20 second rest before starting the next. After each exercise is completed once, rest for one minute and repeat for a total of 6 times. The exercises include squats, lunges, a modified push-up and mountain climbers, and modified v-ups.
