5-Ingredient Keto Ham & Cheese Pockets

Keto ham and cheese pockets can be made with only five ingredients. The ingredients are: 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon cream cheese, 4 tablespoons flax meal, 85 grams of ham, and 85 grams of sliced provolone cheese (or other cheese if preferred). To make the pockets, first melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave for one minute. Then add the flax meal and stir and roll out the resulting dough. Place the ham and cheese slices on top of the dough, fold, and bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
