Ordered 2 pizza crusts and tried them out tonight. I first put the crust on a pizza sheet and started baking it with no topping on it. After a few minutes I added the sauce and toppings and baked the pizza on the oven rack without the pizza sheet. The crust cooked very nice and was crunchier than I thought it would be. Next time I’m going to brush the crust with butter and add some garlic salt to add a little flavor. Overall the crust cooked very nice. Would give it a 5 star but there’s always room for improvement.
