Look at the nutrition information on this 90 calories and 0 carbs for a 1/4th of the crust. My gosh how can you beat that. I baked it on each side like 10 min. And then put toppings on it. Of course crust not like Pizza Hut or anything but was still good. I make my own pizza sauce so like 12 cal and like 2 carbs but most toppings for pizza no carbs so can go crazy a little. Just ordered 3 more so can have in freezer.
