I've ordered these shells a few times now. I try and stay as low carb as possible so these being zero is perfect. I believe these are the best low carb pizza crusts available. No overly eggy, cheesy, limp, difficult to make crust here. Shelf stable, easy to use, and delicious. I find that if I pre-bake them I can load toppings on and have a satisfying, crunchy crust.
