#1: “Just how is Impastable so high in fiber?”
Most pastas have zero to little fiber.
Even whole-wheat pasta, despite being high-ER than white pasta, isn’t exactly “high fiber.”
Knowing how important fiber is for increasing metabolic rate, and making you feel full and satisfied though, we knew that it had to be a key component in Impastabale.
So we used oat fiber.
NOT white flour, not wheat flour, not even oat flour - oat fiber.
Oats are an amazing source of insoluble fiber, which keeps your digestive tract healthy, and has a tonne of weight loss and holistic health benefits.
So we used the best part of the oats - the actual oat fiber.
Oh – and no – using oat flour doesn’t mean your pasta tastes like porridge = win!
#2 – “Is the calorie content really that low”
This is all to do with the fiber content again.
A gram of plain ol’ regular carbohydrate has 4 calories.
A gram of insoluble fiber carbohydrate? ZERO calories per gram.
As Impastable is SO HIGH in fiber, that means that the calorie count drops down.
Add in the protein, and you have yourself a pasta that beats your regular spaghetti and fusilli hands down.
#3 – “Are the ingredients natural?”
This was a big one for us.
It would have been easy to create a pasta with faux-health foods.
To conjure up some kind of crazy concoction in a laboratory and pass it off as pasta.
But that just wouldn’t have been right.
Instead, we sourced the absolute best, all-natural, fat loss-friendly ingredients.
And kept the total number of ingredients to a minimum.
Because, as you probably know – if a food contains a humungous list of ingredients … it’s probably not going to be too great for you!

#4 – “How do I cook it?”

And one we should have addressed sooner.
Amazingly, you cook it just like real pasta.
Bring 2-3 quarts of water to the boil, add a little salt, throw in the
Impastable, give it 2-3 minutes (depending on your desired texture) – that’s it.
Seriously. Nothing fancy required.
