Storage differs by product. The package and the product page for the exact item in your order are the source.

Our original low-carb bread and bagels are the only ones with this preservative-free packaging. It gives the unopened product a one-year shelf life without added chemical preservatives. Better for you and easier to store.
Use or freeze it by the package date. Once opened, refrigerate for two weeks or freeze.
Read the package first
Read the storage statement and the date on the package before you open it. After opening, follow the directions for that exact product.
Do not carry one product's storage timeline over to another. Two breads, or two desserts, can have different directions.
Before opening
Keep it sealed and follow the temperature, date and handling directions printed on the package.
After opening
Refrigerate or freeze only as directed for that product. Close or wrap the package between uses.
Samplers and bundles
A sampler or bundle can hold items with different storage needs. Check each package on its own.
