Researchers looked at many different studies to examine this. One such article found the greatest benefits were associated with drinking 3-4 cups of coffee daily, and it was found to have benefits for neurologic, metabolic, and liver conditions. It also helps with Type 2 diabetes. Of course, it&#8217;s not without its risks.
