Make sure&nbsp;they get sleep so that they&#8217;re not having blood sugar problems and more apt to eat whatever&nbsp;they want.&nbsp;People can always sit back with the things&nbsp;they are allowed to eat and ignore what everyone else is eating OR&nbsp;they could just eat whatever&nbsp;they&nbsp;want, for one day.&nbsp;They may regret it later, but it will teach&nbsp;them as&nbsp;they go along.
