The second strategy is &#8220;awareness-building practicing&#8221; which shows people how to practice their eating habits by tuning into their bodies which eating instead of losing ourselves. The third &#8220;Daily Observation&#8221; which helps\u00a0people take up data that\u00a0they can build on that brings a better lifestyle and health. The last strategy is &#8220;Reflective Journaling&#8221; which shows\u00a0people what eating habits would work for\u00a0them and which will not.
