There are far too many people who have developed their own diets and exercise routines based on their belief that the diet will work. There are many things that we can learn from science about proper lifestyles of diet and exercise. We need to focus on the science and hard evidence instead of just guessing or hoping that what we&#8217;re doing will actually work. There are too many people being misled by others who are giving false &#8220;facts&#8221; based on their own beliefs or feelings.<\/p>\n<p id=\"takeawayheader\">Key Takeaways:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"takeaways\">\n<li id=\"takeaway1\">People oftentimes look to the internet for information regarding nutrition.
