I tried this bread this morning. I made french toast. A favorite without cheating. This along with sugar free syrup...very yummy. But you will get full faster, two slices goes a long way. It could use a little more cinnamon, but that could just be me, I like a lot of cinnamon. Very good.

The cinnamon bread is my absolute favorite! It toasts up beautifully, the subtle cinnamon flavor perfumes the bread, and it’s delicious with a drizzle of allulose “maple” syrup. It also makes a yummy french toast, and it is a perfect complement to a turkey and swiss cheese sandwich in the panini press.
