Muffins

I tried the Vanilla Muffins -All Four the same day I got my order!!!They are AWESOME!!!!!!They are moist-just the right amount of sweetness-PERFECT!-PERFECT!

I can't believe these are "diet" food. I feel like I'm just echoing others at this point by calling these cakes "dense, moist, and delicious," but that's exactly how I'd describe them. I got the vanilla and they tasted like a normal vanilla bundt cake. They are quite small, but that's to be expected for so few calories. I don't think this passes for a muffin, but it's a delightful cake for dessert.

These are utterly fantastic muffins; especially the vanilla. Forget the low carb, they're good without that label. I don't even have to follow a low sugar diet, and I usually don't go for low carb things, but I'm hooked! They're moist, flavorful, and are good straight out of the refrigerator. Two thumbs way up!

These muffins are incredibly amazing! I nearly cried when they were gone. They are very small compared to standard muffin size, and this combined with the delicious taste and texture makes it very easy to eat an entire container in one sitting. Though I wish they weren't so pricey for such a small amount, you are definitely paying for quality! They have a moist consistency, probably more so than the typical muffin, but the fact that they are not dry and crumbly makes them so great. I will be buying many more.

WOW. The vanilla muffins are amazing! I don't usually get low carb things (low carb=dry and tasteless), but these are an exception to the rule. Others might be doing things to spruce them up, but I think they're delicious straight out of the fridge! I hope there are more flavors to come. Maybe Cinnamon or Corn or Almond or Blueberry? I bet any flavor would be good because it's the moistness and texture that make them so great!

These are great and moist! Just lacks a little flavor. ALSO, it smells like PLAYDOH for the first couple days. I don't know why but it goes away. A great buy! I thought that the Vanilla muffins were the best thing since sliced bread, but I stand corrected now that I've tried the Blueberry. They're even MORE moist than the vanilla. FANTASTIC!

Try the Blueberry!! These muffins are rediculously good in every flavor, but my new favorite is the Blueberry! Keep them comin'!!

Just tried these muffins....they were only available in chocolate (I bought the vanilla in the smaller double pack version). The chocolate is amazing...tastes super rich and moist with a great texture just like a mini chocolate devils food bundt cake with much better nutritionals! Has a significant amount of fiber and protein for a 50 calorie item! The vanilla flavor is good too but didnt blow me away like the chocolate...I almost detected a banana flavor...not strong enough to taste like banana bread but subtle enough that I wouldn't describe it as strictly vanilla flavored. Still great texture and satisfying. Will be buying more.

I just tried the chocolate and ordered 10 more boxes - they are amazing, particularly when considering the nutritionals. I enjoyed the dense rich texture and the sweetness. Ah-MAZING! I just opened a pack of the chocolate and can't believe how delicious they are. They're like a dense (but still moist) little debbie. Good thing I ordered 2 packs, I'll need to put in my next order this afternoon. I think I'll try heating one up in the microwave next time... yum!

Why mess with perfection? I absolutely loved the original muffin. They were the perfect low carb cake. I am so disappointed with this new version of the muffin. The nutritionals are very different. Gross carbs jumped by 10 grams, sugar alcohols increased greatly, yet the size has decreased, the texture is harder and dryer, and most importantly, they simply do not taste as good as the original. I used to buy them in bulk and looked forward to a delicious low carb dessert at night, but I will now be looking for a substitute. They are still better than many other low carb cakes and cookies, but they just don't compare with the original.

these are the best muffins I have ever tasted in my life. don't let the size fool you-they are so thick and dense and full of flavor. normally a chocoholic, the vanilla ones are the best- they have only the slightest lemon flavor, but its so delicate- adds the perfect touch. I bought 5 packs of these and have nearly finished all of them in less than a week!

I too have really really enjoyed these muffins. I am a little worried about the new nutritional info for the vanilla and blueberry muffins. I loved them the way that they were...I'm nervous that they will not taste the same...guess I will order more to find out!!

I would give these 5 stars, but they have changed in the past month. Although they have 10 less calories, they are not as big and do not taste quite as good. They are still awesome, but the originals were perfect...wish they did not mess with them. Oh well, I will still order.

OK - I seriously never write reviews about things, but I am doing a low carb diet and these muffins (vanilla) are absolutely amazing. They arent dry and they are super sweet! Definitely try these.

I have a serious donut/muffin addiction that has caused me to fail on many a diet. So first I tried one of the donut brands here, then the sugar free new generation muffins. They were okay. But when I tried these, all I could say was OMG!!! The picture does not do them justice but they are the best lo cal, lo carb, lo fat pastries I have EVER tasted! High fiber and protein too....what more could I ask for? And the fact that they are sweetened with erythritol is just an added bonus. I only tried the BB and Chocolate but am now ordering some Vanilla. I don't think I can go wrong. Granted, they are a bit pricey but let me tell you, they really do the job if you have a nasty addiction like mine. So give 'em a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed! :)

Wow I absolutely loved the blueberry muffins! I havent eatin a muffin in years until now, and deffenitely was not disapointed! warmed it up a little with a glass of milk, perfection!

Incredible, incredible, incredible! I recently started purchasing both the chocolate and vanilla muffins, and have been enjoying them regularly ever since. Despite having a sweet tooth, I am very nutrition-conscious, and I also like to eat a LOT. These muffins fulfill all aspects of an ideal snack/dessert for me: low calorie, high protein, high fiber, low sodium, low carb, and of course, absolutely delicious! I find the textures are ideal as well; the vanilla ones are a bit airy, just like any other muffin I have ever eaten, while the chocolate ones are closer to a nice dense brownie, yet still crumble like a cake. Both flavors taste great--sweet, delicious, no aftertaste. Additionally I am impressed at how low the sodium contents are and appreciate the relatively short and simple ingredient lists. I really can't imagine the nutritional facts being any better! In terms of taste, nutrition, texture, and all else, these muffins are real winners!
